Integration Tools and Platform Technology

Integrating our software into our customer’s given IT infrastructure is one of the core competencies of our experienced project teams. Special integration tools, such as our Enterprise Application Integration Tool (EAI) for integrating superior controls, assure a simple and safe connection with controllable effort at the same time. For integrating the subordinate controls we use our standard TIM (Transport Interface Management).

With modern platform technology we make sure that enhancements as well as integration into existing system environments are easy to handle. In this context catchwords such as multi-tier applications, web service support, service oriented architecture and open standards can be mentioned.

Our Warehouse Management and Controls software is pre-integrated via a certified SAP interface 

Instead of considering the warehouse as a black box, our site visualizations provide the necessary transparency for the smooth operation of automated installations. The process visualization reflects the current state of specific areas or plant components in real time and describes parameters such as current utilization or status monitoring.

From numerous highly automated projects we have the necessary know-how to offer our customers state-of-the-art solutions.

Dematic uses facility emulations that talk controls messages to our software levels to pre-test our software. It enables to test warhouse strategies under high performance conditions and makes it possible to fine-tune the application before it shows bottlenecks when the system throughput ramps up.

Commissioning time is reduced and the emulation can upon request be set up for a training system before the real system goes life - since better trained staff performs much better right from the beginning.
