The Tilt-Tray Sorter is suitable for a diverse range of items. This extremely low maintenance solution can tilt to offload items from either side and can be programmed to speeds of up to 2.5 meters per second.
Large items which span two carriers can be orientated during offload by synchronizing the carriers’ tilting movement. Orientation reduces the required chute width, enabling chutes to be placed closer together. This both shortens the sorter loop and saves floor space.
Handling across two carriers keeps the cell pitch short, facilitating higher throughput.

Thanks to its durable marine plywood tray and the brushless driving unit installed in each carrier, this sorter can handle exceptionally heavy products - up to 75kg - and can even be used in extreme environments such as chilled and frozen DCs.
