Dematic’s skilled field technicians with mechanical, electrical and controls expertise are available to support your maintenance activities through contract and non-contract arrangements.

 

Preventative and Reactive Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is fundamental in ensuring equipment availability when you need it the most. Dematic’s planned scheduled maintenance programs are tailored to support your specific equipment requirements and are flexible enough to fit with your operational demands. In the event of a breakdown, Dematic’s telephone support team is available 24/7 to diagnose, remotely resolve or dispatch a Field Service Technician if on-site intervention is required (see Remotes Services for more information).

 

Condition Based Monitoring

So as to ensure your maintenance activities are focused in the correct areas, our field technicians are able to provide a number of specific condition based monitoring activities including vibration analysis,  acoustic analysis, oil sampling and Thermography.

Alert Monitoring Service provides notifications regarding operations and equipment status. Personnel at the customer site are notified by e-mail, SMS text messages, or phone call with alert information and recommended action.

Maintenance Audit Report
 Maintenance Audit Report

The Audit Inspection Report includes inspection, testing and reporting on the status of your automated material handling system. This includes: conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, AGVs, controls, and software. The audit will report the overall condition of your system compared to industry recommended tolerances, as well as identify and describe areas in need of service, repair, replacement, upgrade, and/or rebuild.
