Tote Order Assembly is an order fulfillment technique where stored totes are brought together on demand to a palletizing station to assemble the order.

 

The process can be fully automated, giving a cost effective way of eliminating most operational personnel, and yet achieving a perfect sequence of totes on a pallet or dolly as required by your customers.
