Convincing training concept

Unlike conventional systems, which require pickers to undergo extensive training on use of the wireless terminals, training for Pick-by-Voice is minimal. And the need to deploy additional personnel to process data from the paper lists is also eliminated.

Pick-by-Voice users need only about 15 minutes to generate a personal voice profile. In addition, the use of commonly understood words for capturing the data – rather than non-intuitive function keys – further reduces the need for training.
