Methodical Process Consultation based on a technological Foundation
Phase 1: "Business observation and data collection" – "Process assessment"
By means of an established methodology, processes are evaluated and applications compared. Further company areas and application areas are identified which show the potential for improvement.
Phase 2: "Development of potential applications", "Identification of key influences", "Design of tactical and strategic solutions"
From the observations in phase 1, possible solution scenarios are developed. For this, particular emphasis is placed on technical feasibility on the one hand, and on the other what demands it places on the customer’s organization.
Target is the development of applications which can be sustainably realized.
Phase 3: "Quantification of benefits", "Determination of costs", "Business case"
In phase 3, costs and benefits are analyzed and quantified. In addition, the TCO (total cost of ownership) and the ROI (return on investment) are determined. In order to complete the business case, applications are prioritized based on opportunities and risks.
