Cernusco sul Naviglio - Dianflex SRL, a leading company in the plumbing and heating sector, present in more than 35 countries worldwide, is automating and enhancing its company's logistics processes with the Dematic Autostore solution.

Dianflex SRL, aiming to improve its service to its customers, chose Dematic's AutoStore™ solution to make its picking operations more flexible, reduce warehouse space used, improve picking times and minimise errors.

Dematic will implement the solution in its logistics facilities in Atena Lucana, Italy, at the end of 2022.

The Dematic iQ software will control and manage the entire operation. The AutoStore system will be implemented with 11,000 standard plastic containers.  Orders will be placed at the 3 carousel doors while storage processes will be carried out at the 2 conveyor doors.

The 16 automatic robots, series R5, will ensure the handling of the plastic containers for the storage and order picking processes.

The AutoStore will be easily integrated into the logistics processes of Dianflex thanks to the numerous interfaces made available by the Dematic iQ software.
