The AutoStore Black Line is the right solution for applications with high order volume, with more storage capacity and multi-shift operations. AutoStore Red Line is the most economic choice and ideal for moderate volume applications.
The AutoStore Black Line B1 robots have a 75% higher acceleration compared to AutoStore Red Line R5 robots. This is achieved using direct drive motors located in each wheel.
AutoStore Black Line features automatic battery changing. Robots exchange batteries in less than 1 minute, allowing for more efficient 24/7 operation. In addition, Black Line requires less maintenance and has fewer moving parts on the robots, which reduces noise levels.
The BattPack technology is a state-of-the-art battery system where the robot will pick up a fully charged battery whenever needed. The BattPack ejection tray can drop and pick up battery-units at BattPack stations placed around the grid. Battery management controls insures battery health and that the robot is always getting the closest charged battery.
RelayPort is a high capacity picking workstation. This modular workstation consists of a picking module and buffer modules. Each picking station can have from 3 to 6 buffer modules. The AutoStore Robots, both Black Line B1 and Red Line R5, will be able to reach the put positions from any direction. With the buffering system, Robots retrieve a Bin going back to the Grid every time a Bin is dropped off. A Bin will always be available for pick up when the Robots deliver Bins to the Port.
