How Dematic is Responding to COVID-19

We at Dematic are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation and following the advice of global health authorities to make sure our customers and our colleagues remain safe. We will use our resources to make sure we provide you with updates to any changes in production, delivery or installation schedules.
As you are aware, the Coronavirus could negatively impact supply chains worldwide. This may also impact Dematic or our suppliers’ operations.
It is a very uncertain time and we are not able to predict how the outcome of the Coronavirus will fully affect service, manufacturing and third-party suppliers.
We are continuing to see what countermeasures are being adopted by different governments to control the spread of the virus. Also, it is unknown how this epidemic will impact the worldwide economy or our production and deliveries, but we will continue to work to ease concerns through our strong network.
To mitigate any possible negative impact for our customers, we are constantly checking the situation within our organization, with our partners and in our network. We understand the importance of keeping our customers’ operations running to support critical logistics needed by the public. It is a top priority for us.
