Hasan Dandashly

President and Chief Executive Officer

Hasan Dandashly is President and Chief Executive Office of the Dematic Operating Unit and an active member of the KION Group Executive Committee. He joined the company in 2018.

Hasan brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience with demonstrated capabilities in full-cycle profit and loss management, operations excellence and strategy execution through methodical business and culture transformation.

He joined Dematic from General Electric where he was President and CEO, Oil & Gas Surface since 2017 after having served as President and CEO, Downstream Technology Solutions. Prior to this, Hasan held various international executive roles at GE’s Industrial, Transportation, and Power Generation businesses, beginning in 1998. These included general management positions at GE’s subsidiaries in Italy, UAE, Qatar, and the U.S. Before joining GE, Hasan led engineering teams at Honeywell Industrial Automation and Honeywell Avionics.

Hasan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Moss

Executive Vice President, International

Jeff Moss joined the Dematic Group Leadership Team as Executive Vice President of Global Project Engineering in January 2014. Most recently, Jeff served as EVP of Mechanical Solutions & SCi (Supply Chain intelligence) for the North American region. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the SVP of Integrated Systems and performed as a consultant to Dematic North America before formally joining Dematic in June of 2010.

Before joining Dematic, Jeff was the CEO for US Energia, LLC in Wixom, MI, did several consulting assignments for top CEOs in various industries, was a GM at Utica Enterprises and the President and COO of DCT, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI. Prior to these roles, he was co-founder and president of Utilase, Inc., an advanced laser cutting & welding business and held other progressively challenging roles within the welding industry. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, a diploma in Strategy and Innovation with Distinction, Said Business School, Oxford University, and has held a number of positions with various industry and educational boards.
Frank Herzog

Frank Herzog

Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Frank Herzog was born in 1966 and is a German national. He graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann from the WHU Koblenz and received an MBA degree from the University of Texas. After completing his university education, he started his career in 1994 as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 8 years working in various roles in Frankfurt, London and New York.

In 2001, Frank Herzog joined Rothschild in London, where he worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor for 9 years before moving to Citigroup. Frank Herzog joined KION Group on October 1, 2012, in order to manage its planned IPO and assumed a position as Head of Corporate Finance with responsibility for financing, treasury, M&A and investor relations with the successful listing of the KION Group in June 2013. Frank joined Dematic as the Chief Financial Officer in 2016.
Scott Watts

Scott Watts

Executive Vice President, North America

Scott Watts, previously Senior Vice President Project Management North America and Global Tools, has become Executive Vice President North America. Scott brings a combination of financial strength and technical operations leadership to his role. After beginning his career in public accounting, he followed his passion into the leadership of technical business units.

For over 20 years Scott has led engineering, operations and professional service organizations in the automotive, telecom and transportation industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master's in Business Administration from Michigan State University’s Advanced Management Program.
Jan Vercammen

Jan Vercammen

Managing Director Central Europe

Jan Vercammen became Managing Director of Central Europe in June of 2017. Jan was selected for his demonstrated success in a Managing Director role over the previous ten years with Dematic Egemin. Prior to his role as Managing Director, Jan held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility within Egemin and has been leading a successful team for more than twenty years. 

Jan has been CEO and Managing Director of Dematic Egemin since 2007. He graduated as a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and in Mechatronics.  He received further management education at the Harvard Business School, IMD, INSEAD and the Vlerick Business School. He started at Egemin in 1994 and became R&D Team Manager a few years later. In 2003, he became Vice President of Marketing & Technology and a member of Egemin's Management Team.

Jan Vercammen is independent Board member of the private equity fund Think2Act and of the logistics specialist Ahlers NV.
Bernard Biolchini

Bernard Biolchini

Managing Director Southern Europe

Bernard Biolchini came to Dematic in June 2014 and brings a broad knowledge of sales and technology expertise from top global companies encompassing Southern Europe and Africa.

Bernard comes to Dematic with a Masters in Business Administration and an extensive background in mechanical engineering and international business. Before joining Dematic, Bernard has been involved in a variety of senior leadership roles for over 12 years. From his broad international experience, he has successfully driven prominent roles in sales, general management and managing director positions.

With a strong and diversified focus in the technology sector, Bernard most recently joins Dematic from AMD, where he served as the general manager for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. Prior to that, he resided as the EMEA president at Invensys Controls Europe, which was followed by his role as European Senior Sales Director for enterprise accounts with Hewlett-Packard.
Stuart Stables

Stuart Stables

Managing Director Northern Europe

Stuart Stables joined Dematic as a senior sales manager in 2009 and quickly became head of one of the sales divisions for Europe shortly thereafter. With Stuart’s extensive knowledge in leading logistics and supply chain practices, he quickly moved on to senior leadership roles.

Stuart was then appointed the role of Director of Solutions and Enhancements, with P&L responsibility for Sales and Project Delivery. During this time, he and his team had achieved unprecedented business growth for Northern Europe.

Before joining Dematic, Stuart spent most of his career to date in senior management positions in 3PL and logistic supply chain, managing a number of the UK’s leading high street retailers’ logistics operations, from manual to fully automated. More recently, Stuart worked as a logistic & supply chain consultant, and finally Sales Director at SDI before joining Dematic.

Glen Borg

Managing Director ANZA
(Australia & New Zealand/Southeast Asia)

Since joining Dematic as an engineering graduate in 1987, Glen Borg has had leadership roles in production engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain planning. He then moved into sales and sales management before heading up consulting for Asia Pacific and becoming the General Manager of the company’s Logistics Systems Division in ANZ.

Glen has extensive knowledge and experience in the materials handling industry and is widely regarded as one of Asia Pacific’s leading logistics and supply chain practitioners. Through his broad international experience in logistics IT and automated solutions, he has designed and developed some of the region’s most respected systems and solutions.

Jim Stollberg

EVP, Global Product and Solution Management

Jim Stollberg joined Dematic in 2010 by means of the acquisition of HK Systems, a competitor in the North American market.  Upon acquisition, he served as Vice President, Global Product Management before being promoted to Sr. Vice President, Global Research & Development in November 2012.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.  He spent his first 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), a global leader in management consulting where he advanced to a senior management position.  He then went on to the position of VP, Professional Services for EXE Technologies, a supply chain software provider before joining HK Systems in 1999.  During his tenure at HK Systems, Jim held several leadership positions, including VP and General Manager of the irista software subsidiary, VP and General Manager of HK Logistics and VP of Strategy & Business Development.
