Dynamic Put System

This system is based on the principle of Goods-to-Person, or dynamic retrieval of the products. There are no pick faces, and operator walking is reduced. A put system is a variation that works in batches.

 

The system is ideal for retail operations where there are a relatively small number of large orders each day.

Repack Stations

Some products are received in cartons suitable for conveying and storage. Other cartons may be too large or small for conveying, and need to be repacked into totes suitable for handling on conveyor or miniloads.
