Roar Isaksen

Mr. Isaksen holds a Master of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of business administration degree from Stockholm University in Sweden. He joined Dematic Group as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2010. Prior engagements include various sales, marketing and business management functions with Atlas Copco in Sweden and Germany, President and CEO of Volvo Parts North America, SVP and President of Volvo Trucks International, SVP and President of Volvo Trucks Europe, and President and CEO of Plastal, a global automotive supplier.

Knut Michelberger

Knut Michelberger brings over 30 years of finance experience and proven management skills to his position. Prior to joining Dematic as CFO Europe in October 2010, he was a Member of the Board and CFO at RKW SE in Germany. For much of his career he was employed by General Electric, where he served in various senior management positions including CFO/COO of GE Access Europe/Amsterdam and CFO/COO/General Manager Shared Services of GE Fanuc Automation Europe S.A. He also held positions as CEO and Managing Director for various GE subsidiaries.
