Dematic contributes to the AIM-D network of experts

This year Dematic officially joined the Industry Association for Automatic Identification (Auto-ID), and mobile data capture systems (AIM-D).

Active involvement in the AIM association, together with access to the worldwide network of experts is extremely advantageous for Dematic. The exchange of ideas means the company can operate close to the market and provide even better solutions in its role as a systems integrator. At the moment Dematic is, for example, involved in a team which is actively working on application-oriented guiding principles for systems integration, the results of which are being documented before publishing. 

The AIM association pursues its goal to promote the market expansion of Auto-ID and its associated technologies and procedures. AIM-D is the German-speaking section of AIM Global, representing over 150 members in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. AIM Global, Inc., Pittsburgh, USA, and Brussels, Belgium, has been active as a worldwide umbrella association for over 30 years, with more than 900 members in 43 countries.
