The developed method of implementation for our Pick-to-Light projects is ensures the project success by accurately defined milestones. Our customers and we know exactly what to do in which process phase.

For hardware installation - such as mounting the bus rails to the shelves, installation of control cabinets, cabling etc. - we have well known partners which are familiar with these activities. Hence we ensure that these works are completed cleanly and to the full satisfaction of the customer.

The training effort for the end user tends to zero according to our experience. Our Pick-to-Light system can by learned intuitionally and allows the user with its application buttons and clear construction to get used to the new system immediately. This aspect always turns up in projects as a positive when concerning an active change management.
