These include criteria such as mapping warehousing structures or taking time standards or shift changes into consideration as well as supply line control, inventory support and personnel management.

Using this criteria as the basis, the most appropriate picking strategy can be developed and optimum routes planned. When it comes to taking full advantage of a new technology, simply putting it into place is generally not enough.
