The swivel roller transfer provides flexible 90° ejection which can be reconfigured from left to right, or vice versa, at any time.
The chain transfer with speeds of up to one meter a second is the first choice when high speed is required.
When there are trays or boxes containing fragile goods on the conveyor track, the best solution is to eject them with a toothed belt hub transfer. This gently brakes the box, lifts it off the roller conveyor and ejects it at an angle of 90° left or right by means of a toothed belt. The swing-arm diverter is also used for parcels.
Tipping modules are used for tilt-tray conveyors and sorters. A module can reach a maximum speed of 1.5 meters a second and, in conjunction with a sorter, achieves a throughput of 400 items an hour.
